木屑颗粒机在国外发展情况分析

木屑颗粒机是将各种生物质资源包括锯末、秸秆、稻壳等农林废弃物通过加压、加热由原来的松散原料压缩成具有一定形状和密度的成型燃料的技术。生物质压缩成型技术的应用与发展,是因为一般农作物秸秆都具有疏松、密度小、单位体积热值低等缺点,作为燃料使用很不方便。这是造成人们不愿用秸秆作为燃料的主要原因之一。秸秆生物质成型技术不仅能有效地解决这一问题,而且能有效地改变秸秆的燃烧特性。原料挤压成型后,密度可达0.8~1.3t/m3,能量密度与中质煤相当,燃烧特性明显改善,火力持久,黑烟少,炉膛温度高,且储存、运输和使用方便,干净卫生,可代替矿物能源用于生产和生活领域。因此,作为生物质转化的重要手段和方法,压缩成型技术越来越受到人们的重视,专业生产生物质颗粒燃料成型机械设备,同时我们还大量小农作物秸秆颗粒燃料和纯木屑颗粒燃料。

生物质颗粒燃料的生产技术主要有两种方式,一种是热压缩挤压成型技术,另一种是高压模腔成型技术。热压缩成型工艺一般由原料预处理——干燥——加温挤压——冷却几个环节组成,其中挤压技术常采用螺杆——模孔挤压成型,或压辊——环模孔挤压成型,或对辊环模挤压成型。这种工艺的设备多,系统复杂,能耗高,燃料生产成本高。另一种技术流派是采用对模腔加载高压,使模腔内的生物质原料受压成型的技术,一般用液压作动力,推动活塞,给成型模具加压,压制块状或棒状燃料。这种工艺的压力高达1 00MPa,能耗大,模具的磨损严重,生产效率低,燃料的燃烧速率比颗粒燃料低。上述无论哪种工艺,都要求进入压缩设备的粉状原料的含水率为10%~20%。因为需要对原料进行集中干燥,因此生产设备是固定的,采用工厂化生产方式。
